MCFLY'S music is to be beamed into outer space.
TOM, DANNY, DOUGIE and HARRY's 2006 hit Star Girl will be played on the International Space Station tomorrow morning after their super supporters bombarded NASA with Tweets on networking site Twitter.
The agency were asking for trouble by making an offer on the site for 35 lucky people to talk live to the astronauts circling the earth.
But most of those replying to the Tweet were McFly lovers - and just wanted to make sure anyone trapped in space didn't miss out on classic lyrics such as: "I was afraid when you kissed me/on your intergalactical Frisbee."
And other gems including: "There's nothing on Earth that could save us/when I feel in love with Uranus."
Space chiefs finally bowed to pressure from the fans and as part of the event the lads' song will be played for the astronauts to hear.
It will even be shown on NASA's website.
One small step for man, one giant leap off a space station for some deafened astronauts.
